What Do You Need?


2 heads of celery
2 bunches of carrots (approximately 10 -12 carrots)
6 cucumbers
6 green apples
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
2 bunches green onions or 2 leeks
Juice of 6 limes or lemons (squeeze the juice ahead of time)
One head of romaine lettuce
One bunch of Kale, chard, dandelion greens, or beet greens
6-inch piece of ginger or buy already minced (we use Ginger People jarred minced ginger) and place one teaspoon in each cup of juice
Sea salt, pepper, hot sauce optional

Creating Your Healthy Juice


1. Wash, cut tops and bottoms from each vegetable – if needed for your juicer

2. Remove core from the apples

3. Blend in all the ingredients

4. Store in glass jars in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before drinking

Note: This recipe works best in a good quality electric juicer
